Service Specific Terms – AI Chatbot

This Term is  in English. This Agreement and all of its provisions may be translated into any language other than English, provided the English text prevails in the event of any execution, interpretation, controversy or judgment.

This Agreement stipulates the terms of use for GetContact's Chatbot Service ("the Service"). By utilizing the Service, you affirm your adherence to this Agreement, the Privacy Policy, all Getcontact Terms, Policies, regulations and any subsequent modifications.

1. Eligibility: To avail the Service, a valid GetContact account is mandatory.
2. Usage: The Service facilitates interactions with an AI chatbot. You commit to lawful usage of the Service, in line with this Agreement, without infringing on our rights or those of a third party.
3. Data Collection and Use: All interactions with the Service are compiled, stored, and utilized in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to such data collection and usage.
4. Conduct: You are obligated to comply with the GetContact Code of Conduct when using the Service. Any violations may lead to temporary or permanent suspension of access to the Service.
5. Suspension and Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time without prior notification, including for violations of this Agreement, suspected illegal activity, or account suspension.
6. Content Ownership: While GetContact doesn't claim ownership of the content you provide to the Service, by using the Service, you grant GetContact permission to use, copy, distribute, publicly display, modify, translate, and reformat the content in connection with our business operations.
7. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GetContact, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, and expenses resulting from your use of the Service, any breach of this Agreement or the Code of Conduct, or any violation of applicable law.
8. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved as per the dispute resolution provisions in the GetContact User Agreement.

The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties. Any reliance upon the Service is at your own risk.

The Services employ experimental technology and may occasionally deliver content that is inaccurate or offensive and does not reflect the views of Us. Exercise caution prior to relying on, disseminating, or otherwise utilizing the content offered by the Services. Do not depend on the Services for medical, legal, financial, or other professional guidance. Any content related to these topics is purely informational and should not replace consultation with a qualified expert.
