Getcontact Second Phone Number Service Agreement

This Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between you ("User") and Getverify LDA ("Company"), the proprietor of the Getcontact application ("Application"). This Agreement stipulates the terms and conditions governing the use of the second phone number service ("Service") provided through the Application. This Agreement is to be construed in conjunction with the Getcontact Terms of Service, Purchase Policy, Community guidelines, any Policy or Agreement and Privacy Policy.

1. Service Description
   The Service provides you with a secondary telephone number that is not associated with your Getcontact account. During the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) phase, the Service is limited to the receipt of calls and incoming SMS messages. Outgoing call and SMS functionality will be incorporated in subsequent phases.
2. Second Phone Number
   For the purposes of this Agreement, "Second Phone Number" means a telephone number that is provided to you by the Company through the Service. The Second Phone Number is not associated with your Getcontact account and is not used to access any other services offered by the Company.
3. Eligibility
   The Service is not intended to be used as a primary phone number. The Service is only available to Getcontact premium subscribers. This service will be available in the United States of America. Getcontact reserves the right to determine and change the countries where this service will be available.
4. Service Fees and Termination
   The Service is subject to the fees and terms set forth in the Getcontact Purchase Policy. Termination of your Getcontact premium subscription will result in the cessation of the Service.
5. User Obligations
   The User agrees to use the Service in a lawful and ethical manner. The User bears sole responsibility for all activities and communications conducted through the Service. Any utilization of the Service for illicit activities is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the Service. 
   
   The user may acquire only one (1) additional telephone number through their GTC account. If the user, who has already obtained a second number, requests and/or buys another additional number either via the GTC application or GTC's website, this second request will be automatically cancelled. No additional rights will be granted to the user in this situation, as each GTC account is entitled to only one extra number. By using the service, the user agrees to these terms.
   
   A2P, or Application-to-Person, refers to the process where an application sends messages to a mobile user. Use of the Service for conducting A2P campaigns or utilizing any numbers obtained through the Service for A2P campaign purposes is strictly prohibited. Violation of this provision will result in immediate termination of the Service and may lead to legal action.
6. Data Management
   All data generated through the use of the Service is managed in accordance with the Getcontact Privacy Policy. 
   
   In the event of a complaint or in accordance with the related legal legislation of the region where the relevant service is provided or accessed, or to third parties provide the Service will access to the User's information.
7. Modifications to the Service
   The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time, without prior notification.
8. Limitation of Liability
   To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use of the Service. The User agrees to use the Service at their own risk.
9. Dispute Resolution
   Any disputes arising out of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom and shall be resolved through arbitration in the United Kingdom.
   
   By utilizing the Service, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
